TRE Trainer Level 1, Cert IV Kinesiology, Dip. Remedial Massage, Cert. Sports Massage, Cert. Relaxation Massage, Dip. Teaching, BPhed
I have a diverse background which includes roles teaching in secondary schools, teaching womens and girls self defence/personal safety programs, working in retail, community recreation and as a complementary therapist. I was introduced to TRE back in 2011. I enrolled for day 1 of a 3 day level one workshop in Melbourne facilitated by David Berceli. I loved it so much I ended up completing all 3 days! I’ve since participated in several other workshops. A Level 2 workshop and another focusing on expanding our own personal practice of TRE, both facilitated by David. I completed another Level 2 workshop recently as part of my training as a Level 2 Trainee. And the rest of my personal TRE journey continues to unfold in sometimes quite miraculous ways. I see all of us as self-determining. I am passionate about guiding and supporting people through their experiences. We all have the ability to connect with TRE as an innate expression and one that is readily available to each and every one of us! Life is an interesting journey and having TRE as part of my thriving kit has played an integral role in navigating the contours. I see my role as that of a guide. It is important to explore the steps in the process so we can all consciously engage. Subsequently you can then engage with TRE as and when you choose. I am really grateful to have come across this process, to the work of David Berceli and to all who have contributed within the field; and of course to all indigenous cultures who have held these healing expressions since the beginning of time. I really want to share the experience of TRE with others! Thank you for reading what I have written.
